Brisket: Keep or Grind (can cut i.n0. 1/2)

Stew Meat: Grind or requested pounds in 1lb packages

Steaks: Bone-In or Boneless or Grind

Backribs: Grind or Keep

Short Ribs: Grind or Keep

Flank Steak: Whole or Pinwheels or Stir Fry or Grind

Round Steak: Full Cut or Tenderized or Tenderized Minute Steaks or Grind

Hamburger: Lean, Normal, Fatty

1lb or 1.5lb or 2lb packages

Patties, Snack Stick, Summer Sausage or Brats can be made from Hamburger

Save Heart, Liver or Tongue or not

Roast Offered: Arm, Chuck, Prime Rib, Sirloin Tip and Rump Roast

Steaks Offered: Chuck-Eye, Rib Eye, Sirloin

Steaks will be cut to your desired thickness

Beef will hang for 14-16 days, unless requested otherwise

Customer will be notified when the product is ready to be picked up. We package final product into large bags for easy transport but customer is responsible to bring coolers, if wanted.

Customer has 14 days to pick up from initial notice. A storage fee of $5/day will applied until day of pickup.

Product not picked up after 45 days will be considered abandoned and will become property of Princeton Custom Meats
